Jorge Costa, P.E. - President Costa has worked in cathodic protection and corrosion control since 1980. He is a member of NACE since 1981 and is certified as a Cathodic Protection Specialist and Corrosion Specialist. He is an active member of various industry technical committees with AWS, SSPC, and NACE, and is past NACE Symposium Chair for Corrosion of Reinforcing Steel in Concrete. Costa is a licensed Corrosion Engineer in California and holds a PE license in metallurgical engineering in the state of Florida. |

Paul Noyce Prior to founding Electro Tech CP Limited, Paul spent 3 years as a director of CARME and Managing Director of BGB Projects Limited. Paul is a leading electrochemist and has been involved in introducing a electrochemical technologies in the UK and Europe. Paul has developed innovative power supply control systems for the cathodic protection industry. Paul's earlier career history included corrosion control contracting where he installed a full range of electro-chemical systems. |

Peter Gibbs Gibbs has developed CP technologies for steel framed building and authored the UK's two major technical publications on steel frame building repairs for Historic Scotland and the Department of the Environment. Prior to joining Electro Tech CP, Gibbs was responsible for technical management and business development in the fields of Cathodic Protection and the design of corrosion repair techniques. |

Doug Leng Leng has worked in cathodic protection and corrosion control since 1991 and is the co-inventor of the patented Lifejacket System. He is an active member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE). Leng has served as the NACE Technical Committee Chair of TG047 “Sacrificial Cathodic Protection of Reinforced Concrete.” |

Gina Crevello Crevello is an architectural conservator with experience in many different material types. She has been working specifically in corrosion related problems of historic steel frame buildings, concrete structures, and large artefacts over the last two years. Prior to joining Electro Tech CP, she worked on multiple international projects and has received many grants and awards to support her work. |
